Absence Approval Notifications Showing Former Name Instead of Current Name After Name Change (Doc ID 2012500.1)

The employee's surname was changed. When they submit an absence, their new surname is not displayed on the Absence Approval notification

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

1. Navigator > Person Management > Search for Person
2. Update > Enter Effective Date > OK
3. Enter new last name > OK
4. New last name displayed on Person Management UI
5. My Portrait > Manage Absence records > Add > Create an absence record as employee
6. Request sent to manager for approval
7. Login as line manager > Notifications tab
7. Approval notification does not reflect new last name
