"Manage Account Combinations" Task Is Not Working (Doc ID 2012735.1)

When attempting to disable some code combination in the task "Manage Account Combinations", when the "Chart of Account" is selected and press "Search", no combinations are displayed.
Also, when trying to add a new code combination when pressing the "Add" sign (green cross, nothing happens) and an error is displayed.

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #22":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Account Combinations. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the task Manage Account Combinations
2. Try to disable or add an account combination and the action is not performed and the error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on the account combinations.
