Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Partners

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lead Notification not being sent to Channel Sales Manager

1. submitted a lead using both a Partner Admin and Partner Salesperson.
2. The lead submits successfully, but when login as the assigned channel sales manager of the partner org, it does not show a notification.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notification should be shown when logged in as assigned channel sales manager

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Fusion
2. submit a lead using both a Partner Admin and Partner Salesperson.
3. The lead submits successfully
4. Log in as the assigned channel sales manager of the partner org
5. It does not show a notification.
