Buttons are greyed out in the Manage Financial Transaction Screen after inquiring on an asset

After viewing asset information, and clicking back to the search screen showing the asset, the Change Financial Details button, Transfer Source Lines and Change Category buttons are greyed out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Fixed Assets - Financial Transactions
2. Manage Financial Transactions
3. Query up the asset.
4. Click in it to go into the inquiry screen.
5. Click DONE to go back and the buttons are now greyed out.
