Fusion Time and Labor: Time Entry Rules (TER) Validation Does Not Work in Calendar Time Entry UI (FUSE)

Symptoms
When attempting to enter time from regular page, the following validation message is thrown: "You have submitted less than expected for Full-time". This is expected
When entering the same time in FUSE/Simplified UI, the message is not triggered. This is not expected
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Time Management.
2. Enter Time Card, attempt to enter a new time card with only 1 day entered for full time.
3. A message it triggered, Time Entry Rule, but the same doesn't happen for FUSE UI.
