Goal

Why one employee as peer feedback is allowed twice for Participant feedback on Page MY Performance Document
Example :
Navigator > Performance Document > My Performance
Employee added the Participant for feedback with a questionnaire & his Line Manager added the same participant for feedback with same questionnaire. Application has allowed this.
Feedback was completed for both requests.
This is technically incorrect as in both cases the participant for feedback answered the same questions.
