Items not created during import in Dutch (language) Dutch (session) (R9)
We are trying to create a new item through import in the Dutch language. In order to do that we have to make sure that Data language and session (or import) language are both set to Dutch. If we do that, it seems that the MST item is not imported and as a result import errors for the NL item are generated too. No item gets created.
Dutch / Dutch and English / English should work the same way.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an import batch with Schedule option “Manual”. Other batch session options are defaulted
2. Initial upload of the file in the batch is successful. Then change our batch option to “On Data Load” to continue processing the file from Program scheduling UI. (This procedure was proposed by development in earlier discussions related to importing Dutch item information. )
3. Switch the Process options to “Dutch” language and we enter the Batch ID as a parameter for the Item import program.
4. The item import program runs in error and no item gets created.
