The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up two flexfields against RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES.
2. Deploy the flexfields, and confirm the details are deployed successfully.
3. Receive a PO, and confirm the flexfields do not appear in the Receipt Lines UI (Additional Information).

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fully test all Receiving requirements, putting project milestones at risk.
