Goal

In Simplified UI, the Assign Leads dialoq page is not showing when users are performing the Run Assignment action on Leads.

Replictation steps:

1- In Simplified UI, go to Leads
2- Edit a Lead
3- Click Actions menu and select Run Assignment
4- The following Assign Leads dialog page doesn't appear
