Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, HCM Data Loader (HDL)
When attempting to load Worker using HDL, the following error occurs:
ERROR

ORA-01722: invalid number when loading Worker.dat object (Person, Person Name, Person Address, Person Legislation, Work Relationship, Employment Terms and Assignment).
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the load file Worker.dat
2. Load the file using HDL
