When creating a Note, what are the definitions for the 3 'Visibility' types (PRIVATE, INTERNAL, and EXTERNAL) on Notes on Tasks with Manage Project Plan or Progress Notes in Track Project Progress. ...meaning, which users can view/edit notes that are specified with each of the three Visibility types?
