Ran Collections with only Business Unit parameter leaving all other parameters (eg. Start Date, End Date, Transaction Type) blank and no transactions were collected.
1. Import transactions using CRM File Based Import
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Import Transactions Using File Based Data Import
2. Run Collection
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Collect Transactions
