When an employee submits an absence request in the next plan term, the accrual process is automatically run and the accrual balance changes to reflect this. As regular Employees don't have the option to date track, this is a problem, as they cannot know how much balance they have available for the current plan term. How to prevent users from booking absences in the next plan term?
