Unable To Switch To Proxy When User Is Enabled With Proxy In Fusion Application (Doc ID 2019138.1)

Symptoms

Not able to switch to another user using Proxy setup. When second user is choosen to perform proxy actions, nothing happens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as User1, assign User2 as proxy.
2. Login as User2, switch to User1 => No password request to confirm.
3. It does not switch the session to User1
