Symptoms

When attempting to access Manage Legal Reporting Unit Calculation Cards, a blank screen appears with the following error:
For input string: ""

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Setup and Maintenance
2. Access the Implementation Project tab
3. Select an implementation project
4. Search for Manage Legal Reporting Unit Calculation Cards task
5. Click Go to Task
Screen goes blank and the error is generated
