Sorting By The Requisition Number Is Not Working Properly Within The Process Requisitions Page (Doc ID 2020433.1)

Symptoms

On: 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Requisitions -> Process Requisition Lines

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Within the Process Requisitions page, sorting by the Requisition number is not displaying the in ascending order properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Customers expect to see the Requisition numbers appear in the correct ascending order.

REPLICATION STEPS
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced by performing the following steps:

1. Login into Fusion Applications as a Buyer
2. Navigate to Purchasing
3. Click on Process Requisitions
4. Search the Requisitions created by a specific Buyer
5. Sort the Requisition numbers in ascending order, which will display the incorrect order
