On : version, Acquire Assets-Record Asset Acquisition

In a new instance, while opening the downloaded spreadsheet like asset addition, major category, minor category LOV can't be opened, once double click it, the row status will changed to "Action Failed".

Expect to be able to use the spreadsheet without the Action Failed error.
