Unable To View PDF PO Report Finish With Error (Doc ID 2021999.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Purchase Orders

After making some changes to the templates, unable to  View PDF even when using the standard template. Report  finishs  with the following error

X The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly
X Client received SOAP fault from server: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [Procurement/Purchasing/PurchaseOrderReport.xdo] failed:
due to oracle.xdo.servelt.CreateException: Report definition not found:Procurement/Purchasing/PurchaseOrderReport.xdo[username=mfeldman]



Steps:
1. Log in and navigate: Purchasing > Manage Orders > Buyer: Feldman, Mike
2. Click on any PO
3. View PDF
