Symptoms
Location specific calendar events are not getting reflected in the employee's record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create calendar event ‘Telangana formation day’ for 2 Jun 2015 and attach it to "INHD India Hyderabad" location under India Node for Global Geography Tree
2. Change the location of an employee to "IN Hyderabad" in the Manage Employment page
3. Check the availability calendar for the employee and see that the Public Holiday is not displayed
