Journal Entry Reserve Report Errors.

Job error is: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes
2. Run 'Journal Entry Reserve Ledger'

 This issue is due to the change in the user name in OIM.
