Symptoms

Customer change the language preference for login user to English and set English in the fusion login page, but when go to APM (Authorization Policy Manager), the page is displayed in Spanish

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Acces fusion application
2.  Select English from the pull down menu at the fusion login page, enter username and password
3.  Click Settings and Actions -> Set Preferences… -> Language
Set all as English
4.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Setup and Maintenance -> Go to task 'Manage Duties'
You will see the page is displayed in Spanish
