The goal does not default to be automatically included in a goal plan when creating more than 1 goal

If a user tries to create more than one goal in a row, all goals created past the first do not default to being automatically checked in the active goal plan. This error can only be avoided by navigating out to the home screen between goals. The goal plan is set for auto inclusion. Our attached example features two goal plans, but this error occurs when using one as well.

The goal should be automatically included in a goal plan when creating more than 1 goal

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and click the navigator button
2. Click goals under my information
3. Click add goals
4. Now you can see it correctly defaults with the goal plans selected. Click submit
5. Click OK & click add goal
6. Now it does not correctly select any of the active goal plans.
This happens when two or more successive goals are created. If you navigate back to the home screen and come back to create a goal, then the boxes are correctly auto selected. We have two goal plans in this example, but this also occurs to employees with only one goal plan.
The two below goal plans are both set to associate goals automatically.
