Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Consolidate Product/Service Master Data-Manage Import Batches

When attempting to look for help regards 'Review Messages', 'Create Subscriptions', 'Data Pool', 'Manage Subscriptions' the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 'Review Messages', 'Create Subscriptions', 'Data Pool', 'Manage Subscriptions'
2. Attempt to pull back documentation in help - does not retreive any data
