Can Not Generate "error_log File" And "log" After A Import For A Marketing Custom Object (Doc ID 2026130.1)

The "error_log file" and "log" are not getting created after a import for a Marketing custom Object has Completed with errors.

The customer has a custom object of type Marketing called "Programas Academicos"to which we are importing data via File Import. They can import correctly, but the Attachments column shows None after an import job finished. Due to this problem, the customer cannot see which records error.

The files should get generated after an import job finishes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an import job using the lead import object
2. Activate the job

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot error logs for import jobs.
