Incorrect Start Time And End Time For FSM Export/Import (Doc ID 2027677.1)

Goal

Why do start time and end times in export of Configuration Package appear to be incorrect as they are the same. For example when exporting ACCT010_Warning Indicator, start time is 11:49 PM and end time is 11:49 PM, for CAL02_Calendar Maintenance, the start time is 11:50 PM and end time is 11:50 PM. One would think that the end time for CAL02_Calendar Maintenance should be 11:50 PM as it took that much time for export.
