Symptoms

Absence Entries In Timecard

Our time cards are auto approved and absence entries requires approval.
We have configured time card layout to display only payroll elements, employees won't be able to select an absence type while submitting time card.
However, if we have a future dated absence entered in the system, this is reflected in timecard with out a payroll type attribute, hence employees are not able to submit timecard.
We need to default all absence entries into a single payroll attribute (non editable) into the timecard.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All absence entries should default into a single payroll attribute (non editable) into the timecard.
Employee should be able to submit timecard, for a timecard period that include an absence leave and payroll attribute should be displayed.
