Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Purchase Orders
When attempting to run the Load Interface File for Import ESS, the user gets a number of errors returned on the PO Headers CSV.

Record 2: Rejected - Error on table PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE, column INTERFACE_HEADER_KEY.ORA-12899: value too large for column "FUSION"."PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE"."INTERFACE_HEADER_KEY" (actual: 66, maximum: 50)
Record 3: Rejected - Error on table PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE, column BATCH_ID.ORA-01722: invalid number
