When worksheet is submitted, Submit for approval message text is misleading

Navigation: Navigator > Compensation > Act as Proxy Manager > Search Mid Level Manager > Enter Allocations on worksheet and Submit the worksheet > a pop up window with below message comes.

"Submit your worksheet for approval. Submission automatically approves your subordinates' worksheets and prevents them from further changes. If approvals are enabled, this action notifies your approving manager that you have submitted your worksheet."

Now this message is misleading.

Is there a way to suppress the message or edit the message?
