Status Of Activity (task) Not Changeable When Completed

Symptoms

On :  11.1.9.2.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
unable to change the status of a task from "completed" back to any other status in the first attempt.
We open the task using the subtab activities in the contact object.
When trying to do  multiple times, it works.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be possible to revert status from Complete to In Progress in a first attempt


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

SUI > Activities > Task sub-tab > edit a task  with status = "Complete"
cannot revert to another status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot  revert a task status from Complete to a former one : eg In Progress or On Hold
