Analyst Can Not See Any Business Unit in the List of value for Compensation Plan Search Criteria on Participant Assignment : Manage Compensation Plan (Doc ID 2030605.1)

Symptoms

Login user (eg. IC.ANALYST1) is assigned to only to the analyst role (eg. Incentive Compensation Analyst IC Support BU ).
User is not able to see business unit list of values on Manage Compensation Plans to search for compensation plans to assign participant to.

STEPS
Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Compensation Plan
In the search pane, the list of value ( LOV )  for the Business Unit is blank / empty.

WORKAROUND
Assign the compensation plan via Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Select Participant > Manage Compensation Plan
The Business Unit lov is available to be selected.
