Deploy Compensation Plan Error : SQLERRM : ORA-01502: index 'FUSION.CN_SRP_PER_FORM_METRICS_N3' or partition of such index is in unusable state (Doc ID 2030667.1)

Symptoms

Run Deploy Compensation Plan process for the business unit and it error.

Deployer log file (178515.log) shows:

Delete the period formula records that are not present in the shadow table
SQLCODE : -1502
SQLCODE : -1502
SQLERRM : ORA-01502: index 'FUSION.CN_SRP_PER_FORM_METRICS_N3' or partition of such index is in unusable state
SQLERRM : ORA-01502: index 'FUSION.CN_SRP_PER_FORM_METRICS_N3' or partition of such index is in unusable state
Other Exception in deploy_pending_changes
Deploy Changes FAILED for comp plan : 300000015090614
Processed all plan admin changes
Updating event log status to COMPLETE

Populate Notify Log once Plan deployer is completed successfully
===========================================================================
Plan Deployer is not completed successfully
There are few Comp Plan changes with Incomplete Status in Event Log
No Call to Populate Notify Log Table for events in event log for Calc
No Call to Populate Payment Tables
Execution Exception in deploy_plans =>1 User-Defined Exception



Also, user is unable to remove or assign participant to a compensation plan.
The compensation plan page allows to remove when click on save and close but when requery, the assignment is still there.

Navigator > Participant Assignments > Assignments > Manage Compensation Plan > Direct Assignments
   or
Navigator > Participant Snapshots > Select Participant > Manage Compensation Plans
