Participant Manger or Analyst create the dispute for participant. Once it's saved, user do not see the dispute notification in the worklist or notification work area.
1. Create the dispute
a. Via Navigator > Sales Compensation > Create Dispute
b. Via Navigator > Participant Snapshot > Create Dispute
2. After the dispute is save, view the notification
a. Via Navigator > Sales Compensation > Worklist
b. Via Navigator > Home > Notification work area
