Imported Candidate(s) From Taleo Are Not Visible For HR Specialists In Fusion HCM Cloud (Doc ID 2031305.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
After the process 'Import Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Data' is (successfully) completed the imported candidates are not visible for Human Resource Specialists but only for the HCM App.Administrator or the App.Implementation Consultant.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with HR specialist role should see imported candidates

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Imported candidates showed
* Sign in Fusion HCM using an HCM Apps.Admin. user account
* Navigate to New Person under Workforce Management section.
* Click on Selected Candidates button/tab
* Click on Administrative Tasks under Inbox section
* View displayed tasks including several Imported Candidate % tasks.

2. Imported candidates not showed
* Sign in Fusion HCM using an HR Specialist user account
* Navigate to New Person under Workforce Management section.
* Click on Selected Candidates button/tab
* Click on Administrative Tasks under Inbox section
* No Imported Candidate % tasks are displayed.
