Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
- We have made all the Configuration, Required to DQM but.. the Real Time matching is not working as per desired.
- Create an Account by name "New1" > save it.
  > Next time when trying to create another account by the same name the matching score does not come in the DeDup pop up.
  > Only when we go the DQM Set up "manage enterprise Data Quality matching score" & rebuilt the configuration it shows up. i.e Real time matching is not working.
  > Every time we need to rebuilt the Key for the matching score.
- Similar issue we encountered in test. were in the EDQ server was bounced.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

RealTime Matching should work as configured
