Webservice Not Accessible Due To SSL Certificate Error (Doc ID 2033234.1)

Symptoms

In the users SOA log file the error, "Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: FATAL Alert:BAD_CERTIFICATE - A corrupt or unusable certificate was received." was appearing after user applied an SSL certificate in their environment.  In this case, the certificate replaced an older certificate.



Changes

 User introduced a new SSL certificate.
