Symptoms
Compensation history graph is incorrect online as dates on the x axis are incorrect, i.e. the year is not shown it appears as start date it should be the Award Year.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Start dates on the x axis should be the Award year
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation>Search Person>View Compensation History>Click on Incentive hyperlink, this will open the graph.
