Unable To Approve Requisitions Through Android Mobile Phone (Doc ID 2035188.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to approve the Requisitions and Purchase orders from Android Mobile phones.  The same user can approve from an email sent to the computer. This happens for all users using Android phones. The iPhone is working fine.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
