Filter On Process Requisitions Results In Error ADF_FACES-60097 (Doc ID 2035888.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Requisitions

Filter on Process Requisitions creates application error when user clicks the filter in the search results on Process Requisitions.
Due to this issue, users cannot filter requisitions retrieved and the only other options is to scroll through hundreds of records

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and navigate to Process Requisitions page.
2. Click the filter in the search results.
3. Encounter the reported error.
