Symptoms

When trying to load mapping set values using Import option
Procurement>Define Common Procurement Configuration>Define Transaction Account Rules>Define Transaction Accounts>Manage Mapping Sets

the import fails with error even when the Account and Item category details are correct.
The same works if added from UI.

The import process fails due to a processing error. ( XLA-870947)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------------
1. Navigate to the Manage Mapping Sets for Purchasing
Procurement>Define Common Procurement Configuration>Define Transaction Account Rules>Define Transaction Accounts>Manage Mapping Sets

2. Choose Edit Mapping set – This is a new mapping set configured with no mapping values
3. Add a new mapping value from UI
4. Export the mapping set values using the Export option
5. Now we want to add new rules to the mapping set using the import option
Prepare import File by adding another mapping using the same account as the existing record
6. The import fails with error The import process fails due to a processing error. ( XLA-870947)
7. The new mapping set value added in the import file is not visible from UI
8. The record however is uploaded to mapping set in disabled state
