Symptoms

Fusion HCM R9 OTBI - post migration of 3 analyses from one POD to another

Error
------------

nQSError 17001 ORA-00907 missing right parenthesis at OCI call

also seen

SQLDirectW , OPR4ONWY.....

Steps
-----------
a 15+ column analysis , cross Subject Area analysis

1. How many OTBI reports are affected ?
---Not all reports are affected, some reports (I found 3 reports) are affected.
2. Are all the migrated reports affected or just some ? Is there any pattern like, all effected reports use the same column ? all affected reports use a DFF ?
--- Some reports are affected. No DFF is used.
3. Please test one , build it manually and check if the error no longer occurs, this could act as a work-around for some critical analyses.
--- All the OTBI reports are migrated mannually, all conditions are set the same, but in test they work, in prod , they fail.
4. Pls describe exact steps done to migrate the analyses (I presume for example you did them one by one ?) and the exact screens used and the exact way
 you did the migration
--- We manually built the OTBI reports , all conditions are set the same, all the columns are the same.
5 What was the date of the migration ? For example were the two PODS at the same patch level ?
--- we manually built the OTBI reports
