Symptoms
Upon Validating a Prepayment Invoice - tax lines are automatically getting generated.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a Prepayment.
2. Save the data.
2. Validate the Prepayment
An additional tax line is created automatically, after validation.
