Symptoms

The Manage Purchasing Document Lifecycle - Validate diagnostic report fails to complete successfully even though all inputs were validated by the application, and all visible parameters where completed.

It is expected that user is able to run procurement diagnostic.  Due to this issue, the user is not able to troubleshoot purchasing document lifecycle.

Error:
