Unable to back out Life Event
Issue: The application doesn’t allow client to back out, void, or change to manual for the Administrative Life Event. Various attempt including running the purge job and back out life events processes have not resolved the issue.
Expected Behavior: System should allow user to back out the life event.
Client seeing this issue with more than one person.
