Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Import Items

Unable to load item child lines with Item import program using file based data import (FBDI) and spreadsheet “ItemImportTemplate” which was uploaded from Oracle Enterprise Repository website.
The process ends with error: ITEM_NUMBER - Item does not exist in the master organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
FBDI File contain 3 lines : one for master organisation and 2 lines for child organisation and automatic item numbering is activated for the item class which is used

1- Imported the zip file through the menu “File import and export”,
2- Through the menu “Schedule process” run the program “Load Interface File for Import” with import process = « Item Import » and .zip data file which ended with status = succeeded
3- Then run the program “Item Import” : program finishes in error . Item is created for only the master org, the 2 lines concerning child org are rejected with this error : ITEM_NUMBER - Item does not exist in the master organization.

If a second load performed only for the 2 child item lines and infill the field Item number with value generated automatically through the first load, child lines are correctly loaded.

The system should load all lines of item in one time/load.
