Symptoms

When attempting to hire person the following error occurs:

ERROR

During entity object validation, a null or invalid value was encountered in the TaxUnitId attribute on the DIRReportCardDEO entity object. (PAY-1635831)
You must enter a valid ORGANIZATION_ID for the TaxUnitId attribute on the DIRReportCardDEO entity object.
Valid values must exist in the TaxReportingUnitPVO view object.

1. Navigator > Workforce Management > New Person
2. Hire an Employee
3. Enter details > click through to Review UI
4. Error
