On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to select Reporting Manager for a user, user who is Sales Manager is not populating in the list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When trying to select Reporting Manager for a user, user who is Sales Manager should be populated in the list.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create User
2. Select Reporting Manager

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select expected Reporting Manager.
