Fusion Global HR : Extract Does not Fetch The Employee Records When Employee is Terminated And Rehired. (Doc ID 2042681.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

The Changes Only Extract is working fine except when the employee got terminated and rehired again.

Why the person does not get picked in the below scenario ( b ):
a. In case of the below sequence the re-hired person is picked up in the extract :
  i. The person is terminated. The extract is run. The person is picked up.
  ii. The person is rehired. The extract is run.

b. In case of the below sequence the re-hired person is not getting picked up in the extract :
  i. The person is terminated. The extract is NOT run.
  ii. The person is rehired. Now the extract is run. However now the person is not picked.
