Fusion Absence Management : Accrual Plan Duplicating Entitlement When Enrollment in Plan is Terminated

When changing the accrual plan for an existing employee see that the Accrual balance on the plan shows double the expected value. It is expected that the accrual amount be correctly calculated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application
2. Change the accrual plan for an existing employee by terminating the existing plan and enroll the employee into a new plan
