Goal

For HCM Extract, can you use first run for a changes only extract?

Example: When you create a Changes Only HCM extract to generate report with changed data, can the first run of the extract be with parameter value for Changes Only set to "Yes"? In this case, there will be no previous baseline data to compare with as it is the first run of the extract. All the records should be generated in the same way as the full file run and the extract is run with Changes Only set to "Yes." In this case, the data can be compared with the first run result and changed data can be retrieved.
