File Import Opportunity Not Updating Custom Checkbox Fields (Doc ID 2045887.1)

Issue:
File import Opportunity not updating Custom Checkbox Fields

Opportunity WebService JBO-56009 when updating opty

We have two custom fields checkboxes "XXX_c" and "YYY_c" created for Opportunity Object. We have done a file import with values such as "Yes" and "No" for both these fields.
The import was successful and did not give us any errors. Now we are trying to create update Opportunities via webservices and we get the JBO-56009 error as mentioned in the above SR number.

In order to resolve the issue we were asked to do a file import correcting the fields with Y and N values.

We exported all the Optys via Scheduled Export process . using the partyNumber we updated the Custom fields . The process is completed successfully but the custom fields are not getting updated. Due to this we are now facing an issue with webservices.



The following values are extracted from the database:

XXX_c value NO - 7147
XXX_c value YES - 0
XXX_c value Y - 232
XXX_c value N - 167074

YYY_c value N - 2814
YYY_c value Y - 69074
YYY_c value Yes - 0
YYY_c value No - 102533

How to update these values? Unless we do not update these two fields with correct values we will be facing update issues for web service.
